3. Permitted use of the Site
HDHub4u Review grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only. All other uses require our prior written consent.
4. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual-property rights);
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission;
- Scrape, harvest, mine, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated means in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise the integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity;
- Use the Site to facilitate, promote, or engage in copyright infringement, including by republishing our editorial content as a justification or directory for accessing pirated material; or
- Frame or mirror the Site, or otherwise attempt to make it appear that you operate it.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and all of its contents — including text, articles, reviews, graphics, logos, layouts, source code, and the selection and arrangement of materials — are the property of HDHub4u Review or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
"HDHub4u Review" and the HDHub4u Review logo are trademarks of HDHub4u Review Editorial Ltd. Other product, service, and company names mentioned on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced for identification and editorial commentary only. No trademark license is granted by their appearance on the Site.
Brief quotations of our editorial content for the purposes of news reporting, criticism, or review, with proper attribution and a link back to the original page, are permitted. Wholesale reproduction is not.
6. User-submitted content
HDHub4u Review does not currently accept public user submissions. Where any limited form of submission is available (for example, contact-form messages, tip-line emails, or guest contributions), you grant HDHub4u Review a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, edit, reproduce, and publish your submission for the purposes for which it was sent, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant that license.
7. External links & third-party services
The Site contains hyperlinks to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by HDHub4u Review. We provide such links as a convenience and for editorial reference only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site, and your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not link to known piracy operations. Where a piracy operation is the subject of editorial coverage, we describe it in text but do not provide an active hyperlink to it.
8. Editorial nature & no legal advice
The Site publishes editorial reviews, opinion, and consumer-information articles. Statements of fact are researched in good faith and updated when we become aware of changes, but the Site is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice. If you require legal advice on any topic, including copyright law, you should consult a qualified attorney admitted in your jurisdiction.
9. Affiliate disclosure
HDHub4u Review participates in affiliate marketing programs, including the Amazon Associates Programme, the Apple Services Performance Partners Program, and similar programs operated by other legitimate streaming services. When we link to a legal streaming service, we may receive a small commission if you sign up after clicking the link. This commission has no effect on the price you pay, and no editorial review is influenced by an affiliate relationship.
We disclose all material commercial relationships in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials, the UK Advertising Standards Authority's CAP Code, and the Advertising Standards Council of India's guidelines. If a piece of content is sponsored or supplied by a brand, that fact is labelled clearly at the top of the article.
10. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. HDHub4u Review makes no warranty that the Site will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
Information on the Site reflects research and conditions current as of the publication or "Last updated" date and may become inaccurate over time. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HDHub4u Review, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not HDHub4u Review has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
To the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred British pounds (£100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HDHub4u Review and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Suspension & termination
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Site for any reason, including breach of these Terms. The provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall continue to apply.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that we reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section affects any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage. Your continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
